SHIPPING

  • Where are your products decorated?

All products are carefully customized by Gray Bouquet in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

  • Can I ship to a P.O. Box address?

Yes! Gray Bouquet can ship to PO boxes, Military, and Range Road locations.

  • Do you have free shipping?

Gray Bouquet offers free standard shipping on orders over $199.  Taxes and other fees do not count towards order minimum for offer.

  • Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are able to ship to the continental United States. We are also able to ship to military bases as long as the shipping address is an APO, FPO, or DPO.

  • Can I upgrade my shipping method?

Depending on how far along your order is within our warehouse, we may be able to change the shipping method. Please contact customer service at hello@graybouquet.com so we can look into this for you. Please have your order number ready. Subject line: Upgrade Shipping Method
 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • How do I add multiple personalized items to my cart?

Gray Bouquet allows you to add up to 8 personalized items at a time. Simply enter the personalization you would like for each recipient, and select your total quantity.
  • What if I need to order more than 8 of an item?

Gray Bouquet allows you to personalize up to 8 pieces at a time of any one item. Should you need more, simply add the item to your cart again and select the remaining quantity needed.

  • I need product information that isn’t listed on the product page.

Include the name of the product, item number, and any specific information that you need. Please allow 1 – 2 days for a response.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

In accordance with state laws, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the U.S. to states in which we have a business presence. We currently collect sales tax in the state of OK. Orders shipping to all other states will not be charged sales tax.

 

Some states may ask purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer. This tax may be reported and paid on the individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the state.

 
 
  • Accepted payment methods:

Gray Bouquet accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also complete your purchase using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shopify Pay.

  • Can I change my payment method on my order?

Unless your order has a declined credit card payment, we can not change the payment method on file once your order has been submitted into our automated system.
  • Can you change the location of the personalization?

Our designs are preset on each product with our equipment and design files, we are unable to make changes to the placement options we have shown.

  • Can you make a custom order?

Yes! Creating custom items is a fun way to add your own personal touch.

 
 
 

Here are the steps for ordering custom items

Submit your custom design request by email to hello@graybouquet.com with the subject line: Custom Order.
 
Include the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your phone number & email address
  • Item number and description
  • Quantity
  • Date needed by
  • Details on how you would like your items customized. If you have a logo or image, attach the file to the email (please make sure it is a pdf, jpg, or vector file).

Our customer service team will contact you within 1 – 2 business days and let you know how to process your custom order. We will also let you know of any custom fees that may be involved with your items.

Once the custom order is processed and we receive payment, you will receive a mock up image that you will need to approve. Your final approval is required within 5 business days.

Once we receive your final approval we will immediately begin to produce your custom items Your custom order will be delivered within 3 – 4 weeks.

  • Can I change the personalization on my order?

Once you have reviewed your order in the checkout and have clicked submit, your order then goes into our automated system and we are unable to make changes. Please ensure you review your order before submitting.

  • How can I cancel my order?

We are sorry to hear our products won’t fit your needs. We may be able to cancel your order, but it depends on the stage your order is in. We try our best to process our orders as soon as possible. Please contact Gray Bouquet by email and let us know you want your order canceled.

Contact hello@graybouquet.com and use Cancel Order in the subject line. Let us know your order confirmation number and that you wish to cancel.

Please note: We can not cancel orders with products that are already personalized or if the package has already shipped.

  • Can I make an exchange?

We do not accept exchanges on personalized items. Please see our return policy.

  • Can I return a personalized item?

We do not offer refunds on personalized products. When you purchase personalized items, you agree at checkout that information for this personalized item is correct, including all spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. We are unable to resell or remove personalization from products.

  • Can I place my order over the phone?

No, sorry. Because of the details and variances of our product line we can not take orders over the phone.

  • How long will my items take to ship?

Shipping is usually 3 weeks (depending on the products you order) from the time you place your order. Once you proceed to checkout, it will display all shipping options available and includes an estimated arrival date and shipping cost if there is any.

  • What if my order is damaged?

Subject Line: Claim.

Include the following information in the email:

• Your transaction order number.
• A detailed description of the damage/error, and a description of the packaging/state of the box when the items arrived.
• Photos of the products and packaging. If you are requesting a replacement please let us know the event date you need this by.
